Deposits & Booking

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Orders are not considered confirmed until your non-refundable deposit has been paid. 
  • All balances are due 7 days prior to your event. Orders are not considered finalized until all remaining balances have been paid. 
  • If you are placing a last-minute order, full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm and finalize your order.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries are subject to a delivery fee of $20.00 plus mileage and tolls based on the location of the delivery.


Cancellation Policy

  • If an order is canceled more than 7 days prior to a scheduled pickup/delivery date, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance of the order may be transferred to a new order.
  • If your order is canceled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date, the full payment of the order is considered non-refundable & non-transferable.


Last Minute Cancellations

Given the current climate, it’s understood that unforeseeable obstacles and/or illnesses can occur that may prompt you to cancel your order. Please understand that significant time and money are invested into each order well before your scheduled pickup/delivery date, and in some cases, work has already begun. Additionally, last-minute cancellations take away an open spot that would have otherwise gone to someone else. ​Thank you for your understanding!


COVID Notice

Due to COVID-related restrictions, we prefer a contactless pick up method. If you prefer a contact pickup, you are required to properly wear a mask or facial covering. If you are experiencing COVID-related symptoms at the time of pickup, including fever or cough, only contactless pickup will be provided.


Late Pickup Policy

$10.00 per 15 minutes

Picking up orders on time is critical! 

To ensure that every order is picked up on time, there will be a $10.00 late fee charged for every 15 minutes you are late. After one hour, the pickup time will be rearranged by us and we'll inform you of the next available pickup time. Late pickup fee will need to be paid using one of our acceptable forms of payment listed above.


Order Changes

The final date for any changes of size, flavors, or design is 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup/delivery date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional pricing.


Transportation Guidelines

  • Please come prepared for your cake pickup. Cakes need to be transported on a FLAT surface! The floor of your vehicle is the best location. This means floor space on the passenger side or trunk area if you feel comfortable having it out of your sight. The cake should be sitting completely flat! The flat surface location should be free of objects and any hindrances that could damage the cake during transport. 
  • Do NOT travel with your cake placed on an angled car seat OR on the lap of a passenger.
  • In warm seasons, it's extremely important that you keep your car very cool before, during, and after pickup.​
  • Drive safely and SLOWLY. This is especially important if you're transporting a tiered cake. ​
  • All of our tiered cakes are built with an internal support system to help ensure structural stability.
  • If you are concerned about transporting your cake, please contact us and we will assist you with any questions or concerns you may have as you prepare to transport your cake. If you decide that you prefer delivery in lieu of transporting your cake, we can discuss your options.
  • Sweet Heavenly Creations is not responsible for any damages to cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts once orders have been picked up.


Ordering Information

Please keep in mind that we limit the amount of events we commit to each month. For this reason, it is best to contact us as soon as you know the date of your event in order to check availability.


Special Occasion Cakes

Orders are recommended to be placed no later than 3-4 weeks prior to your event. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due at delivery or pick-up. Some rush orders may be accommodated.


Wedding Cakes

Ideally, orders should be placed at least 6 months in advance, but no later than 1 month prior to your wedding. We only book up to a year in advance. In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate last minute orders. 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and contract signing. Balance is due at delivery or pick-up.


Other cakes and desserts

Orders are required to be placed no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. Custom decorated cookies or large orders should be placed at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
